Amung 2009 Developments

INFORMATION FOR SPONSORS TO INVITE ATTENDEES 

TO THE KANA AMUNG 2009 SET FOR

 AUGUST 7-9, 2009 AT LAS VEGAS, NEVADA.

 


The 5th "Amung" or International Festival of Kalinga Arts and Culture being sponsored by the Kalingas-North America Network, Inc. is ready to send out official invitations to whoever you want to invite from the Philippines to attend the event.  The event is set for August 7-9, 2009 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Please send your request for official invitations for your prospective invitees to Fr. Leonard Oakes who is the chairman of the Amung Planning Committee.  His email address is:

I may be the President and Chairman of the Board of the organization but all invitations for the Amung will come from the Amung's Planning Committee chairman as decided by the KaNA Board of Directors.

Please include the full legal name of the prospective invite (first name, middle name and family name) as shown in his or her passport  and his or her complete mailing address to be typed into the official invitation.  Before the invitation is prepared, you need to print and sign and date the attached "Agreement" which is self-explanatory and mail it to Fr. Leonard Oakes as soon as you can.  Don't forget to do that otherwise no invitation will be sent to you for your invitee.

ROOM RESERVATIONS

To book your room reservations with Red Rock Hotel, if you are a registered attendee for the August 7-9, 2009 "Amung", please contact the hotel's toll free number or call Ms. Meghan Moore at (702) 797-7270 and mention the password term "KALLINGA" (that is 2 L's). Be ready with your credit cards. Make reservations early or you might miss out on the special rates.
